Game 1 of this re-scheduled series between the Mets and da'Tribe started out with COOP! banging the drum for the Indians and striking a 2 run shot off of the fair pole in RF, then promptly going to puke up his Subway meatball sanny 3 innings later. "Eat Fresh" he proclaimed. Molgs was stunning on the hill going the distance for the 3-hit shutout. da'Tribe tacked on 3 more runs in the 5th to win game 1 by a score of 6-0. COOP! edged out Molgs for player of the game by going 2 for 4 w/ 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored, oh... and for the thing he did in the LF corner foul area. Watch your step.
