The Astros and Cubs traded shots back and forth for 5 innings and were locked up in an 8-8 tie. Box came in for relief for the Cubbies and held the 'stros to 2 hits over 2 2/3 innings. Web Gem came in and picked up the win pitching 2 scoreless. With 2 on and 2 out in the bottom of the 7th, Hendi put one up the middle and Astros took game one from the Cubs in 7.
