FINAL

Game 1
Royals 10, Expos 4
1st place team not what the doctor ordered for the X
It was close for about two or three innings, but the Royals consistently got on base and took advantage of all their opportunities, running away with a 10-4 win over the still-winless X. A bright spot for the Expos, however, was that they gave Truck (5-0) his toughest game of the season to date, collecting 7 hits and 4 runs (both season highs for Truck).  Another bright spot for the X was the debut of Christian Brandt. Brandt had three hits, including a three-run homer, and 4 RBI. Truck walked nobody and fanned 12 in the win.  Matt Nowaczewski (0-2) had a tough ballgame, allowing 10 hits and 7 walks, with 4 K's.
