The Twins handed the Braves their first loss of '07 in a pitchers duel between Chops and AC. This time, it was the Twins off to the hot start as AC and Kmart hit solo shots in the top of the first. The Braves fought back to tie the game when Chops second inning single plated Edgar and Pearl. A third inning error allowed the Twins to take a 3-2 lead. That was all the scoring allowed by each starter, as AC got the complete game win while striking out ten. Chops also struck out ten in the loss.
