Game 1 was battle with Rangers striking early and fast touching DJ up for 4 in the first inning. Braves battle back taking Web Gem deep 3 times and eventually knotting it up at 5. Top of the 7th Rangers manage to get 2 guys aboard, with 2 outs Kruk hits a shallow pop up just over the line and DJ makes a bonehead move allowing the ball to drop and 2 runners to score. Web Gem closes it out for the W.
