Walla struggles with command early on and the Dodgers get the first three runs on a combo of some walks, groundouts and an Evan bomb mixed in. The Dodgers had the 4th run cut down at the plate after a picture perfect relay to hold the lead at 3. At some point in the middle of the game Kobra swatted an Epstein bomb back into play and sure enough an inning later, Evan swatted a Kobra bomb back into play. Karma. Kards get 2 on in the 5th and Tootin hammers a low line drive down the left field line to tie this game up at 3. Walla settled down on the mound for the last 3 innings until Tootin ends game 1 with a 2 run dinger in the 7th that caused the 2nd eclipse of the week after colliding with the moon. Kards win 5-3.
