From baseball bats to bobbleheads to backpacks, the promotional giveaways at sporting events offer something for everyone – and that’s no accident. During the HRL season, fans of the beloved Devil Rays will have a lot to choose from when it comes to promotions.
The overriding focus of the promotions and events schedule is to “enhance the fan experience,” whether through giveaways, unique activities or increased value, Devil Ray's Manager Two Bat said. “The final decisions are based significantly on analytics,” he added. “We look at such factors as day of the week, the opponent, anticipated weather, and which fan segments each promotion will appeal to.”
