2008 Spring Training HQ

Ok-- it's official, I got the good word from the fine folks with the City of Eagan, we're on for Spring Training. It's probably not a big deal because we didn't bring in huge numbers with it last year, but only half the rink (1 field) will be available to us instead of the whole thing (I think they're doing that crazy arena softball thing again).

Here's the scoop:

Where: Eagan Civic Arena | directions
When: Mondays from March 10th thru April 7th OR Tuesdays from March 11th thru April 8th.
Time: 9:00pm to 10:30pm
Cost: $25/person for 5 sessions

As of last week, there were 13 players registered for Monday’s sessions and just one for Tuesdays. Will update this page as I get more information.

Also, this from Sonya Rippe with the City of Eagan:
"Participants can register online with a barcode and pin number, which they can receive by calling the Eagan Rec Dep't office at 651-675-5500. Go to www.cityofeagan.com/econnect -- click on Activities and enter in the class #12380 or 12381 depending on which one they want and go from there. Or they can simply print out a registration form, fax or mail it in. Please note registration starts February 5."
