Ted "Costa Rica" Spilseth Decides on Early Retirement

In a move that shocked the entire wiffle community, Ted "Costa Rica" Spilseth of the PADRES retired from wiffleball.  Citing "personal reasons" Ted announced he would be leaving the team and the city altogether.  "I need a fresh start, new town, new sport, new life." Ted announced.

Though Ted did not announce where he was moving to, speculation exists that he is going to try his hand at surfing on the West Coast.  An unnamed source with knowledge of the situation said: "Oh yeah, Ted? He's moving to California. He told me to forward his mail to him there."
