Pitching/Defense:
After the big two, Dano may have the most potential in the Tigers' new rotation. A decent K-rate and WHIP offer up good things to come. He seems somewhat prone to giving up the long ball though, which always seems to comes back to bite ya.
Batting/Baserunning
Another Tiger who appears to have an aversion to taking the free pass, Dano's quite often the victim of going down on strikes. He was able to bump his average above the Mendoza line last summer, and hits the ball sharply when he puts it in play.
2007 Outlook:
With more chances, Dano may emerge as another quality pitcher for the club. At the plate, look for him to continue to make modest advances with his batting average.
