Pitching/Defense:
60 put up the best defensive numbers for the A's in 06, and appears to pretty comfortable in the outfield.
Batting/Baserunning
Leading the team on OBP, Steele has good discipline, and works well at the top of the order as a table setter. His deep counts are also valuable for the club, providing his teammates the chance to see what the opposing pitchers are throwing.
2007 Outlook:
60's going to get better with more opportunities. He missed a third of the games or so last summer, so more HRL exposure is only going to help his batting numbers. His OBP may be key to giving the A's some run scoring potential.
