White Sox 9, Brewers 3
Sox Sweep in "New Pitcher" Nightcap.
With some daylight remaining, the teams saddled up for a third, featuring first time hurlers Tyler "Pukeboy" Heyda (1-0) vs. Colin "C-Bass" Lampark (0-1). C-Bass was on the first 2 innings and the Brew knocked in 3 solo jacks to jump out to a 3-zip lead. It wouldn't hold up though, as the White Sox patience paid off in the middle frames. 6 walks and 2 errors spoiled C-Bass' debut, and the Sox went up 6-3 after 4 complete. Puke found his groove as the game went on, retiring the last 10 of 11 batters he faced, all on put outs in the field. Spaz (9) cranked a 3-run jack to nail things shut in the 5th, as the Sox improve to 9-2 on the season, and the Crew fall back below .500.
