Wait 'til next year?
Every member of the X had a homer in this one as they went on for the clean mercy sweep. Christian Brandt (1-0) pitched four shut out innings to get the win while the X put up thirteen in support. Chirstian helped his own cause at the plate going 4-6 with a homer, three runs scored, and four RBI's. J-Ski followed up his last game's 5-7 effort by going 3-6 with a home run, four runs, and three RBI's. The three Cubs each got a hit, but it was all for naught as they couldn't put it together and were blanked for the second time in a row. Jake Tillman (0-1) took the loss for the Cubs, giving up thirteen runs on eleven hits and three walks.
