FINAL

Game 3
No one wanted the Red Sox- PADRES matchup to end so a 3rd game was agreed upon.  This one starred Dr. Jesus vs Westy in a battle of the bullpen pitchers.

After throwing too early on the first rock-paper-scissors matchup against The Man, Westy managed to win  by throwing "scissors" to The Man's "paper" and selected home field.

The Red Sox scored in the top of the second inning with back to back doubles by Dr. Jesus and Tugboat.  THe Sox might have had more runs had tugboat not run through the stop sign at second base on his way to third.  Westy drilled him in his hip while yelling "I'm not an idiot!"... and he wasn't.

The PADRES answered back in the bottom of the second when Westy walked and eventually scored on Nine's single.  During this play ,Shirls was out in a collision with Tugboat at 3rd base.  Tugboat claimed the the hit "knocked him straight" which he illustrated by leading off the 3rd inning with a homerun, his 4th of the year.

Fatigue set in for Dr. Jesus in the bottom of the 3rd as a single and two walks haunted the good doctor when Nine hit the PADRES first grand slam of the year putting the daddies up 5-2.

The Sox scored another run in the 4th after Tugboat walked and Dr. Jesus hit him in.

Westy, in his more familiar late inning situation was able to buckle down  the final two innings to pick up his first win of the year.  Also pitching, Lil Randall.
