The Colts continued their momentum from game 1 into game 2 of the series with the Pilots, stringing together a walk and three hits for two runs in the first inning. However, they would get no more as Box seemed to shake off the rust that had collected in the offseason and scatter 4 hits over the remaining 5 innings. The Pilots offense was again powered by defending Eagan rookie of the Year, B-Pine, who launched a game equalizing two run blast to right-center in the top of the 4th. Box then followed with a homerun that would prove to be the difference in the game. The Deesus provided insurance for the Pilots by providing a run and two rbi in the final two innings. All in all, it was a great series between the two bitter rivals in the Eagan West.
