FINAL

Game 1
A big inning for the Colt 45s spoiled the debut of the new Pilots franchise.  The Pilots drew first blood scoring in the bottom of the first but Wole put a ball into orbit that gave the 45s a 2-1 lead in the top of the third.  Not to be outdone, Box and B-Pine each homered in the bottom half of third to put the Pilots back on top 4-2.  The Colts narrowed the gap in the fourth and then broke the game open in 5th scoring five runs and capitalizing on Pilot's slipping and sliding on the damp field.  The Pilots scored one in the 6th but could do no more damage, falling to the sveltly dressed 45s 8-5.
