Eric “Thunderson” Gunderson made his first HRL appearance in 2011 with the Colt .45s through a connection with TT. He was a part-timer the following season, before playing full time with the Superbas in 2014. He’s been a regular around the rinks ever since, playing with many teammates - including his favorite, Westy, and least favorite, Dream. He is a 2-time all star who hit his first HRL home run off H8R and struggles to hit anything pitched by Eddie Bauer.
In his personal life, he is married with a kid, with another expected before the season begins. He may know the streets of Hopkins better than any of you, growing up there and attending Hopkins High School. He now resides in Chaska with a lovely abode. He generously stored foul poles and scoreboards at his house during at least one past offseason.
You can count on Thunderson to reply on the messageboards, attend HRL events, and generally support the league when needed. He took the trip to the NWLA Tournament with the HRL All Stars in 2019 and has been spotted at the ALS Wiffleball Tournament before.

- If he had to spend 72 hours locked up in a room with any HRLer, Thunderson would choose P-Nut "because he doesn't take up that much space"
